Easy Halloween Celeb Costumes

To get Pennywise’s iconic creepy grin start off with a light hand extending through your eye look and forehead and build up intensity while buffing out the edges with a soft red shadow, like Mac’s Holly Folly. Without a doubt one of the most popular looks this Halloween, the makeup is instantly recognizable to fans of the series and striking enough to capture the attention of those who don’t watch. For her iconic glitter tears we recommend a glittery liquid shadow like Tarte’s Seaglass in Suite Life ($29) to get that drip effect paired with Urban Decay’s Relish burgundy eyeshadow ($27) swept across the lids. Finish off with tousled hair in a deep side part to achieve the look.

billie eilish. Try out pop sensation Billie Eilish’s crying black look for a spooky pop-culture reference. The costume starts off easy enough with a simple oversized white tee and layers of chained necklaces, however it’s the black tears and blue hair that makes this look distinctively Billie.
