Chili Non Carne (Serves 4; Ready in 1 Hour)
1 (400 g) package Meatless Farm Meat Free Ground
1 onion, diced
1/2 (14 oz) can chopped tomatoes (or fresh equivalent)
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 (14 oz) can kidney beans
1/2 cup water
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat, add the oil. Add the meat-free ground and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking up into pieces, until browned. Add the onion and vegetables of your choice. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices and 1 cup water. Mix to combine. Add the kidney beans, mix and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
