Vancouver’s North Shore has welcomed a new sister location to beloved Kerrisdale eatery Bufala.
Bufala Edgemont, boasting a dining room and bar, brings the same charm and feel of the original restaurant, but with an expanded menu of rustic Italian comfort food served up family style and intended for sharing. Try the Peace Country lamb shank (red wine, rosemary mushroom risotto) and heritage flatiron steak (Alberta beef, peperonata, polenta), or order a made-from-scratch pizza topped with roasted bone marrow, mozzarella, parsley, lemon and bianco. Pasta wise, go for the sagne e pezze (kale, ‘nduja sausage and bagna cauda) or pappardelle with duck ragu, chestnuts, sage and pumpkin seeds.
