Like it or not, we’re all cooking from home more than ever as social distancing has reacquainted us with our kitchens. Luckily, our friends at Tre Stelle has made that reunion easy and (dangerously) delicious with an all-new, all-cheese cookbook, which they’re giving away for free to support our new-found bond with our kitchen—and to commemorate the brand’s 60th anniversary.
Tre Stelle invited Canadians to share their best cheese recipes and received more than 3,000 submissions, ultimately selecting the best 60 for the book. This included some perfect-for-summer dishes like Tater Tot Cheeseburger Bites, BBQ-Roasted Harissa Veggies With Halloumi and a delicious Vanilla Panna Cotta With Citrus from Vancouver’s own Homer Street Café chef, Tristen Katcher.
Say Cheese! can be downloaded in English and French for free online. For those who prefer a limited-edition print copy, these can be purchased online for $39.95, with all profits donated to support frontline workers across Canada in the fight against COVID-19. —Vita Daily
