Vancouver’s Arbor Restaurant’s famous backyard patio is about to get even hotter, with a monster charcoal grill churning out farm-fresh veg and more all day and night for dine-in or takeout.
Part of the eatery’s Sunday BBQ Series, set to launch August 2nd, 2020, chefs Patrick Hancock and Jo Hognestad will be stationed on the patio from noon to night grilling a special menu designed in the Arbor’s creative comfort-food style.
Entrance to this physically conscious cookout is $25, which includes a full (set) meal (think cornbread, grilled Klippers Organics zucchini, stuffed jalapenos and more) and drink of choice. —Vita Daily
