Summertime and the eating VIP-easy! Moxie’s locations (Davie, Richmond and Langley), now open for indoor and patio dining, have launched a nosh-worthy new menu to help end the season on a tasty note!
Executed by executive chef Brandon Thordarson, Moxie’s sumemr offerings include such appetizers as vegan tofu lettuce wraps, roasted baby tomatoes and whipped feta on artisan sourdough, and fresh smashed guac. Entrée-wise, choose chipotle fish or blackened shrimp tacos, steak frites, and a blackened chicken burger topped with crisp bacon, cheddar and roasted garlic aioli. Dessert is delicious: mini jelly donuts served with fresh whipped cream and icing sugar.
Note: Moxie’s also has extra health and safety precautions in place—staff undergo temperature checks before each shift, clean high-touch points every 30 minutes and sanitize tables before and after every patron. Plus, takeout and delivery are available. Summer-licious! —Vita Daily
