Hi Brittany! Please tell us a bit about yourself to start!
Hi! I’m Brittany, the founder and “CE-Ohh” here at Ohh! Foods. At the age of 18, I suddenly developed a peanut and treenut allergy. While snacking and watching movies with my family one night, I ended up being rushed to the hospital as my throat began to close. Moving forward, I began creating my own snacks as I could never find exactly what I was craving in the allergen-friendly options that were available to me. I was in college when I began to share my snacks with friends and family and, in late 2018, I created Ohh! Foods with the vision of making allergen-friendly snacks, and with a dream to make Inclusive Snacking a reality.
What types of products do you create and offer?
Allergen-friendly snacks! Our snack bites are our beloved staple, they come in three flavours: Apple Pie, Maple Cookie and Coconut Brownie. Additionally, we JUST launched a new product: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!
What, to you, does #InclusiveSnacking mean?
InclusiveSnacking means everything to us. It is our core mission and a term we coined that encompasses EVERYONE being able to eat our snacks.
If you were stuck on a desert (dessert?!) island, what ONE snack could you not survive without?
