Vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian—or simply someone who likes good food? You’ll soon be able to snag a a fresh new fix when Vancouver’s Tacofino and Beetbox team up to flex a new limited-time-only, plant-based Not Today, Seitan burrito feature launching on World Vegan Day.
Available at Beetbox and Tacofino’s Gastown Burrito Bar from November 1st to 7th, 2020, the burrito comprises breaded and fried seitan, pumpkin-seed macha, cashew-lime crema, white-cucumber kimchi, lettuce and lime chilaquiles wrapped in a Tacofino flour tortilla for $11.
