Fruit-based, this smooth dessert is made with strawberry puree and has almost half the carbon footprint compared to its dairy-based friend—and it’s a promise that Ikea will continue to work on developing plant-based food options to offer customers as part of its vision to create a better world by offering delicious food that has a positive impact on people and the planet. —Vita Daily
