To celebrate B.C.’s frozen blueberry season, the BC Blueberry Council has teamed up with Abbotsford’s Local Food Supply Co. to create a custom BC Blueberries meal kit ($85), with ingredients included to prepare three dishes: a BC Blueberry Prosciutto Goat Cheese Flatbread, a Roasted Yam and BC Blueberry Kale Salad and a BC Blueberry Sauce.
The best part? Your meal kit purchase gives you access to an exclusive BC Blueberries for Dinner virtual event on March 12th, 2021, hosted by Fraser Valley celebrity chef Dez. The private Zoom cooking demo of the three-course BC Blueberry meal kit will encourage participants to follow the live presentation using their own meal kits, or watch and learn valuable cooking tricks.
