A rather enticing exhibition has made its Canadian premiere at The Polygon Gallery in North Vancouver, B.C.
Feast for the Eyes tells the history of photography through one of the world’s most alluring and documented subjects: food. Photographs from more than 60 of the world’s leading artists are on display, representing a range of genres that include cookbooks, fashion photography, fine art and even commercial advertisements.
Some highlight artists include: Andy Warhol, Cindy Sherman, Man Ray, Helmut Newton, Nobuyoshi Araki and even the enigmatic French street photographer JR. You won’t want to leave this event off your plate! —Vita Daily
