While “playing games” with your significant isn’t consider cool in the sneaky sense of the term, doing so while you’re first getting to know each other virtually can definitely help ignite a spark.
Bumble, the women-first dating and social networking app, has launched a new virtual dating experience called Night In, where two people can participate in an interactive game over a one-on-one video chat in order to create a deeper connection.
Here’s how it works: after two people have matched within the app, they can click the icon within the chat message to schedule a Night In for any day of the week between 6 p.m. and midnight within their local time zone. Both will receive reminders and notifications within the app leading up to the date. Once both people are within Bumble’s virtual game room, they will be presented with a virtual game and explanation of rules.
Bumble will offer trivia upon launch, and plans to expand this feature with new game options and virtual experiences in the near future. Game on! —Vita Daily
