Wine Growers British Columbia has announced that April is, once again, B.C. Wine Month. Our wine industry needs support more than ever, and with 929 vineyards and 12,000 jobs across the province being affected by the pandemic, this is absolutely the year to buy local. In that vein (vine?), a little customer incentive offered by the South Okanagan’s Road 13 Vineyards makes shopping for sippers fun. From now until the end of May, the winery is offering special spring-themed wine bundles. Yep, two- and three-bottle sets perfectly matched to what we will all likely be cooking at home, since more at home time is just the way it is. But since each gift box bundle comes with complimentary shipping throughout Canada, why not brighten someone’s day and send them a little wine-surprise? Some bundles to consider below. —Catherine Dunwoody
