0.5 oz Amaro di Angostura
0.5 oz Hibiscus syrup (equal parts Hibiscus tea and white sugar)
3 oz Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut Cava
1 oz Soda water
Build over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with fresh mint and an orange slice.
