Think pink on Friday, June 11 and celebrate with one of these pretty rosés. —Catherine Dunwoody

A rather bold shade of pink, See Ya Later Ranch Nelly Rosé ($19) is not shy in aroma or flavour, with hints of strawberry, cherry and citrus acidity. Try it with a halloumi salad (add a dash to your dressing too), grilled sausage, and soft, salty cheeses.

Cotes De Provence Calvet Rosé ($26 at BC Liquor Stores) is a lovely pale pink and in the French style: nice and dry. Hints of red currant and spice, pair it with grilled halibut or brunch of omelette and salad.

Free Form Rosé 2018 ($28) is a nice addition to the lineup from Okanagan Crush Pad with its notes of red berries and fruit.

Bizou + Yukon Pinkie Rosé 2018 ($20) is as playful as its name with hints of juicy strawberry and florals. Try it with your patio charcuterie platter this summer.

Fans of this winery’s bubble will surely appreciate Steller’s Jay Sparkling Rosé ($24). Off-dry, made from 100% Gamay grapes, it makes any day special. Try it potato chips or popcorn at your next at-home movie night.
