Sept 25-Oct. 5th, 2019: my Mum and I went to central Italy to experience an AWESOME Culture Discovery Vacations trip, which focused on learning/creating authentically Italian culinary delights at a villa in Soriano nel Cimino, daily! So much food (and carbs!)—incredible people and hosts, too! There are a few recipes from there that I’ve yet to recreate at home—pizza dough and fresh pasta. A Kitchenaid stand mixer would certainly help me replicate such. (However, does it come with a pair of Spanx to hold in the carb-loaded damage?!?)??

I bake a lot for my elderly neighbours, cakes, breads, bars and cookies and they love it all. I would really appreciate a good mixer since my hand mixer isn’t very strong.
