Here’s Where To Celebrate Negroni Week In Vancouver

Nothing like a little something to look forward to after a long weekend, and Negroni’s are always a reason to raise a glass. Here’s where to find the best and create your own cocktail crawl (Negroni Week is happening September 13 to 19, 2021). —Catherine Dunwoody

Chinatown’s The Chickadee Room at Juke Fried Chicken is offering the classic cocktail of gin, Campari and vermouth for $13 during Negroni Week, as well as donating $1 to the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre for each one sold.

Pourhouse in Gastown is doing a nice spin on the drink, with their Red Harvest Negroni with Campari, Suntory Roku Gin, Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro, salted plum and yuzu tincture. 

New Miantiao, in the Shangri-La Hotel, has a fun bottled version called the Kun-Mi-To with Campari, sweet vermouth, carbonated white tea, bitters and citric acid. Or, try the Negroni Agrumato, with Botanical Baijiu (China’s national spirit), vermouth blend and Campari.  

Giovane Bacaro, in the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel, uses Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Campari and Cinzano Rosso Vermouth, for its classic cocktail.
