Douglas Fir Cocktail
1.25oz Douglas Fir Gin
0.5oz Bulleit Bourbon
0.25oz Green Chartreuse
0.25oz 33 Acres Syrup
0.5oz Lemon Juice
2oz Pear Juice
Muddle fresh rosemary with all three spirits. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain in to a coupe glass, and garnish with a clipped rosemary sprig.
