We’ve got a few new fave spirits to sip this holiday season! From Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, B.C., Wayward Distillery crafts each of its spirits—like Krupnik and Raspberry Gin Liqueur—on a base of sustainable honey, mixed with grain, supporting local agriculture while achieving an unparalleled silky-sweet flavour. Use these to mix up some festive drinks in the coming weeks! —Vita Daily
Ginger Spice
1.5oz Krupnik
.5oz Campari (or Woods amaro but I didn’t have any)
.5oz lime juice
Hand full of blueberries
Ginger beer to top
Muddle blueberries in a shaker with Wayward Distillery Krupnik. Add all the other ingredients except the ginger beer, shake with ice, pour into a Tom Collins glass, and top with ginger beer. To finish, garnish the cocktail with a couple whole blueberries!
Ramos Raspberry Float
1.5oz Wayward Distillery Raspberry Gin Liqueur
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz honey syrup
1 egg white
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (or non-dairy alternative)
Shake Wayward Distillery Raspberry Gin Liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white vigorously with ice for 20 seconds. Strain the liquid into one half of the shaker tin and dump the ice. Dry shake vigorously for another 10 seconds, then pour over ice cream into a sundae glass. To finish, garnish the cocktail with fresh raspberries!
