Land & Sea將山珍和海味的標準推高至新境界──餐廳主理人相信,只要夠好吃,任何食材都可以互相搭配,而非受傳統框架束縛。於是,這間位於Kerrisdale的新餐廳便將大家熟悉的食材加以變化,創作出大家意想不到的新口味。

前菜方面首選皇帝三文他他伴芒果牛油果莎莎及天婦羅紫菜脆片、火炙粉紅鮮帶子佐綠茶蕎麥麵沙拉。主菜則分為「海」和「陸」兩大類,充分滿足肉食動物和海鮮狂迷。喜歡海鮮的朋友不妨一嘗Fanny Bay蜆肉Vongole XO意大利粉;愛吃肉的人則不能錯過Snake River Farms的和牛。

除了海陸美食,Land & Sea的雞尾酒也非常出色,配以花朵冰塊、煙燻香味等小巧思,值得你「翻山跨海」來品味美酒佳餚。──VICKI DUONG
