Tia Matcha On Ice

2 oz Tia Maria Matcha
Garnish: Matcha powder rim

Create a mix of matcha powder and sugar. Dip the rim of your glass into a bowl of water. Shake off any water drops and dip glass into the matcha and sugar mixture. Twist the glass for a thicker coating. Tap off any access. Fill the glass with ice, add Tia Maria Matcha and take your matcha time.

Tia Matcha-Tini

1.5 oz Tia Maria Matcha
1 oz vodka
Garnish: Matcha powder rim

Rim half of a martini glass with matcha powder. Pour Tia Maria Matcha and vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into your glass. Your perfect Matcha-tini is served!

Little Maria

1.5 oz Tia Maria Matcha
0.5 oz Tullamore Dew
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz iced green tea
Garnish: pineapple slice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.

Green Fields

1 oz Tia Maria Matcha
0.75 oz aloe & green tea syrup
0.75 oz coconut water
0.5 oz lime juice
Garnish: dehydrated lime

To make the aloe & green tea syrup, bring to a boil 1 cup of aloe juice and 2 green tea bags. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 cup sugar. Remove tea bags and double strain. Refrigerate to use. For the cocktail, add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a rocks glass and top with fresh ice.
