Easter is the perfect excuse to indulge in some delicious chocolate treats … not that we need an excuse, of course! Here are our favourite festive goodies that we’ll be filling our baskets with. Hop to it! —Amanda Nunes

Läderach’s sweet Cleo Bunny ($44) is made with freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate, so it’s naturally pink. The ears are dipped in edible glitter dust for a sparkling finish.
Purdy’s festive Hoppy Easter tin ($25) is packed with an assortment of the Vancouver brand’s best-selling chocolates.
Step back, Easter bunny, there’s a new adorable critter in town. Soma Chocolate’s Quill the hedgehog ($75) is a delightful blend of dark, milk and white chocolate. He sits on a bed of roasted hazelnuts and chocolate, and there’s a chocolate truffle treat inside.
Peanut Praline Demi Eggs ($3.50) from Chocolate Lab come in decadent layers of vanilla caramel, peanuts and pralines, all wrapped in dark chocolate.
Speckled solid chocolate eggs ($23) from Läderach make the perfect little treat. They come in three flavours: milk, strawberry, and orange and mango.
