There’s a curtain-raising collab happening between the Shangri-La Toronto and one of the most iconic Cirque du Soleil productions of all time: Kurios, Cabinet of Curiosities.
The hotel is offering an exclusive limited-edition Cirque du Soleil-inspired afternoon tea and an innovatively curated stay experience, dubbed the Ultimate Cirque du Soleil Escape, for the spring and summer months. The latter includes a lavish one-night stay at the Shangri-La Toronto along with two VIP Cirque du Soleil tickets with access to the VIP suite with a fully licensed bar and appetizers before the show and during intermission. Additionally, there will be a once-in-a-lifetime pre-show photo opp with a Kurios cast member. The stay will also offer breakfast for two at the hotel and comp valet parking.
The curiously inspired afternoon tea is available at the hotel’s much-loved Lobby Lounge until mid-July, mirroring the run of the show. Menu highlights include Invisible Lobster Roll, Steak & Disappearing Potato, Worlds Lightest Baguette, Smoking Cigar and the Chocolate Clock.
