Spicy Pimento Caesar
1 oz (30 mL) gin
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 grinds fresh cracked black pepper
2 bar spoons hot pimento paste
½ oz (15 mL) olive brine
3 oz (90 mL) Mott’s Clamato Cocktail
Pimento-stuffed olives on a skewer for garnish
Fresh cracked salt and black pepper for the rim
Rim a highball glass with citrus and rimmer. Fill the glass to the top with ice. Add the ingredients in the order listed. Stir well to mix the cocktail, and garnish.
