Montenegro Monte Mulled

50ml Amaro Montenegro
50ml Vecchia Romagna
50 cloudy apple juice
2 bar spoon honey

Pour all the ingredients into a tumbler and mix. Garnish with orange slice rounds and a cinnamon stick.

Stoli Salted Karamel Espresso Martini

1.5 parts Stoli
¾ part coffee ligeuor
1 part simple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Harveys The Sweet Apple Zing

50 mL Harveys Bristol Cream Sherry
50 mL Apple Juice
Dash of ginger ale
1 Cinnamon Stick
Mint and apple slices to garnish

Fill a glass with ice and add Harveys Bristol Cream Sherry and apple juice. Top up with a dash of ginger ale. Mix with a cinnamon stick and leave it in the glass. Garnish with a spring of mint and apple slices.

Wiseman Wise Chai New Fashioned

2 parts Kentucky Owl The Wiseman Bourbon
½ part chair syrup
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
Garnish with an orange zest, star anise and cinnamon stick

Combine bourbon, syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker over ice and stir. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice (preferably one large cube or sphere). Garnish with an orange zest, star arise, and cinnamon stick.
