There’s really no matter day to raise a celebratory drink to than National Cocktail Day, coming up on March 24. Below, three fruit-forward drinks offer a refreshing twist on classic cocktails—also perfect as we kick spring off! —Vita Daily



Blackberry Whiskey Sour
2 oz Crown Royal Fine De Luxe
1 oz Blackberry Brandy
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Blackberries
Lemon wedges
Wet the rim of a low ball glass with a wedge of lemon, then dip it all around in a dish of sugar. Muddle a few blackberries (optional step) in the bottom of the glass, then fill with ice. Add in the whisky, blackberry brandy, fresh lemon juice and stir. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon twist.
Passionfruit Martini
2 oz Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
1 oz Passionfruit Liqueur
¾ oz Vanilla Syrup
1 ½ oz Passionfruit Juice
Garnish: ½ A Fresh Passionfruit
Fill shaker with ice. Add Smirnoff 21 to shaker. Add vanilla syrup. Add passion fruit juice. Add passion fruit liquorice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini cocktail glass. Garnish with ½ passion fruit.
Pineapple Mule
1.5 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
3 oz Ginger beer or ginger ale
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1 Lime wedge
1 Glassful of Ice
Fill up a tankard with plenty of ice cubes. Pour in the Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold. Add in your favourite ginger beer or ale and the pineapple juice. Stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
