In honour of Earth Month, Michael Kors has announced its Kors Loves initiative. All products that feature the Kors Loves badge online are either crafted from at least 50 per cent environmentally preferred materials such as recycled fibers or organic fibers or made with leather from certified tanneries meeting the highest standards of environmental performance, including tanneries given gold or silver medal ratings from the Leather Working Group.
“We’re constantly thinking about the impact that fashion has on the environment, and ways to do things differently, while still providing the quality our customers expect,” says Michael Kors. “It’s a work in progress and I’m excited to share with you the commitments we’re making to reduce our footprint.”
