Are you dreaming of a taste of Italy? To celebrate National Aperitif Day on May 18, Aperol Spritz is coming to an occasion Canadians love: brunch! In Italy, an aperitivo (or aperitif) is a pre-meal drink that’s meant to stimulate the appetite. And nothing tastes more Italian than the iconic orange aperitivo cocktail, Aperol Spritz. Aperol has partnered with Afrim Pristine, owner and cheese master at Cheese Boutique, to teach Canadians how they can make their very own aperitivo brunch board, a custom spread of brunch finger foods that pair perfectly with an Aperol Spritz. Enjoy! —Vita Daily
