1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
2-3 pinches of Maison Orphée’s Fleur de sel
Pour oil, vinegar and mustard into a bowl in that order. Using a small whisk or fork, gradually stir in the mustard in a small circular motion, expanding the motion outward.
