Winemaker Amy Paynter and Mueller collaboratively curate an unforgettable three-course wine-paired lunch. On this journey, culinary craftsmanship enhances the wine’s reverence for its natural surroundings. Local partnerships bring the best farmed and foraged flavours to the plate.
