The Negroni Sour
1 oz Odd Society Wallflower gin
3/4 oz Odd Society Bittersweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Aperol
1/4 oz Odd Society Mia Amata Amaro
1 tbsp rainbow sherbet, or 1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime or lemon juice
1 dash Ms. Betters Miraculous Foamer
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin without ice. Shake hard. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain over ice or without ice into a coupe. Garnish with an orange slice.
The Gentleman’s Sour
1.5 oz Odd Society Wallflower Gin
0.5 Odd Society Creme de Cassis
0.5 Odd Society Bittersweet Vermouth
1 fresh lemon juice
0.25 simple syrup
Single raspberry
Dash Addition Szechuan bitters (optional)
Dash Ms Betters Miraculous Foamer
Add all ingredients and shake in a shaker tin without ice. Shake hard. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with rose petals (optional).
