Fall For 4 Designer Scents

With the announcement of its new ambassador Austin Butler, YSL presents the masculine fragrance of the season, MYSLF Eau De Perfum ($175). With floral and woodsy notes, the scent represents Butler’s statement of modern masculinity by encouraging the exhilaration of owning oneself in an aesthetic and poetic stance.

Burberry’s new scent is passionately powered by vanilla, aged through a heartfelt process as it was hand-collected, dried in the sun for weeks, then stored in wooden boxes to mature ($185). Housed in an elegant and first-for-the-brand refillable bottle, vanilla-led Burberry Goddess Eau de Parfum wraps its vanilla notes with aromatic and earthy tones of lavender, cocoa and ginger roots.

Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel has masterfully created a new seasonal fragrance, Tutti Twilly, made distinct with its own unique colour and impertinent style ($193). The third edition of the Twilly collection, Tutti Twilly offers a lineup of defining notes like distinctive ginger, delicate petals and exhilarating lychee.

We’re picking up hints of the new Dolce & Gabbana fragrance launching this fall. An ode to  love and loyalty, the brand invites us to embody our emotions in the newest Devotion Eau De Parfum launch ($200). The anticipated D&G scent is devoured by gourmand scents of candied citrus and sealed in the icon of the Sacred Heart, launching across Canadian retailers this fall.
