    Mine (our) routine for bed is to get the bed ready for everyone. First I get into bed, then my hubby lifts our very spoiled pug onto the bed then my hubby gets in.

    Every night I have a hot bath with epsom salts and bubbles
    I definitely stop drinking any caffeine drinks past noon
    I don’t use my phone at bedtime
    I then read a book 📚
