1990s Trends I Love: Lipliners

There were a few key makeup must-haves in the 1990s, and one of them was definitely lipliners. We used them on their own with some clear gloss, in tandem with the brown lipsticks we loved to wear, or in a contrasting colour to our usual makeup palette for some added panache.
