Laphroaig Single Malt Scotch Smoke & Spice Cocktail
1.75 oz Laphroaig 10 Year Old
2-5 finely sliced jalapeño
1/2 oz lemon juice
0.7 oz agave syrup
Add jalapeños to a shaker and muddle to release flavours. Pour all ingredients into the shaker. Fill with ice and shake for eight seconds. Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with peated salt rim and candied ginger.
