CHRISMOPOLITAN
- 1.75 oz Ketel One Vodka
- 2 long peels of orange
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 1 Heaped teaspoon of leftover cranberry sauce
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, throw with ice for 15 seconds to chill the cocktail and pour in a chilled nick & nora glass.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
- 1.25 oz Ketel One Vodka
- 1 oz. espresso coffee (hot)
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.25 oz coffee liqueur
- 3 coffee beans
Take a clean, chilled glass (coupe glass preferable). Shake and strain the ingredients with good quality ice cubes and then pour. Finish with 3 coffee beans. (Looking for a non-alcoholic version? Try this riff on the recipe using Seedlip Spice 94).
CROWN ROYAL YULETIDE NOG
- 1.5 oz Crown Royal Deluxe.
- 5 oz cinnamon liqueur
- 3 oz egg nog
- 2 drops vanilla extract
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well. Strain into a glass with ice and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and a candy cane.
BAILEYS HOT CHOCOLATE
- 1.5 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 tsp hot chocolate powder
- ½ cup milk
- Garnish of your choice
Prepare hot chocolate mix according to instructions on package. Make it magnificent – add the Baileys. Garnish generously. Dollop on whipped cream, marshmallows (toasted marshmallows take it to another level), chocolate shavings, whatever you fancy.
