Order yours until December 20th for pick up and expect a tender sage-roasted local turkey paired with Chef Dan Olson’s dried apricot chestnut and brioche bread stuffing, maple-glazed sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, buttered carrots, and mashed Yukon Golds. Pecan Pie with Chantilly cream for dessert.
Delivery can also be arranged for an additional fee.
Luigi & Sons is Yaletown’s favourite butcher shop and does a beautiful meal kit you can order until December 22nd. Choose from a traditional Skye Hi Farms turkey or our Angus Reserve two or three bone-in roast, with festive sides and a cream puff wreath.
PICA Blue Hat Bistro always sells out these pre-ordered dinners so get in on this fast. Made for two hungry adults the meal includes rosemary-citrus roasted turkey breast with sage and caramelized onion stuffing, buttermilk mashed potatoes, carrots, and golden beets, and more. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
Peake Catering has a Feast to Go that includes pre-carved sage and cinnamon-brined turkey OR yam and shiitake vegan “meatloaf”, fig gravy, focaccia stuffing, savoury roast veg and more. Save room for the
caramelized pumpkin tart with candied pecans and maple whipped cream.
