Dillon’s Valentine’s Day Kit “The Love Float”
1 ounce Dillon’s Rose Gin
1 ounce Dillon’s Chocolate Liqueur
½ ounce Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)
3 ounces ginger beer
Fill a highball glass with your favourite vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add the Rose Gin and Chocolate Liqueur to the glass. Top your glass with ginger beer. Give a quick stir. Drizzle Niagara Grenadine on top and enjoy!
