“For 70 years Oakridge Shopping Centre flourished as one of Canada’s most successful shopping destinations, welcoming an average of around nine million visitors annually. Oakridge Park, carrying on the legacy of the esteemed Oakridge Shopping Centre, stands as a premier retail hub known for its tradition of excellence and prosperity,” says Irene Quan, Vice President of Marketing, Oakridge Park for QuadReal Property Group. “Moreover, Oakridge Park’s forthcoming transformation into a bustling community, accommodating 6,000 residents, 3,000 office professionals and a diverse array of cultural amenities, positions it as a unique cultural destination.
