Long ago, I was milk and 2 spoonfuls of sugar. I trained myself to one spoonful and in 2024, I’ve been working on no sugar to half a spoonful. It’s tough going, but sometimes I can do it’s you certainly taste more coffee than sweet this way and I am a grownup after all, plus a cookie with the coffee can be my sugar lol.
