1. Sour Cream and Onion

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs potatoes (russet or Yukon gold)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into even-sized chunks. Boil in salted water until tender (about 15-20 minutes).

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions:
