Bar Oso
You won’t want to miss the first Bar Oso Fall Dinner Menu Series, Taste of Spain, created by executive chef Jorge Muñoz Santos and culinary director James Walt. ”To me, Taste of Spain is a celebration of everything Spain has to offer, not just the food but also the love and care that goes into it. In Spain, mealtimes are an important time for loved ones to spend together,” says chef Jorge, who, starting Sunday, September 22, will introduce different aspects of his culture with a new three-course menu available Sunday through Thursday. The menu features Paella Valenciana, Tortilla Patatas, Pintxos and more. Reservations, here, are limited, and not required as Bar Oso welcomes guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
