The launch of H&M Studio’s highly anticipated A/W24 collection, now available both online and in select stores, has a stretchy surprise. This season, H&M has introduced a revolutionary product in partnership with Sheertex—the Ultra-Strong Tights. Featuring innovative technology used in ballistic and climbing gear, these tights are designed for durability and longevity without compromising comfort. As a certified B-Corp, Sheertex is committed to sustainable practices, and this collaboration with H&M aims to eliminate disposable tights from our lives. What makes the Sheertex technology featured in H&M’s Ultra-Strong Tights so unique, and why was this partnership a natural fit for H&M?
As part of our ongoing investment and belief in Sheertex, we are pleased to now offer their pioneering technology to the H&M customer within our hosiery range. Creating more durable and long-lasting tights at a great price, perfectly aligns with our overall sustainability ambitions, and we look forward to exploring more opportunities with them in the future.
If this product is more durable, does that mean your own hosiery products are not?
We are continuously and actively looking at how we can make our own hosiery products more durable and long-lasting. Collaborating with Sheertex and exploring their technology within this assortment category is an important part of this work.
Will you introduce more Sheertex products?
It’s too early to share future plans but we strongly believe in this product and creating more durable, long-lasting hosiery across our assortment is important to us.
