DIY Frozen Banana Spook Pops

Here’s a simple recipe to make adorable frozen banana ghosts:

Ingredients

  • Bananas: Cut in half to make the ghost shape
  • White Yogurt or White Chocolate: For coating
  • Shredded Coconut (optional): For a ghostly, textured look
  • Mini Chocolate Chips: For the eyes and mouth
  • Popsicle Sticks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bananas:
    • Peel the bananas and cut them in half horizontally.
    • Insert a popsicle stick into the flat end of each banana half to create the ghost body.
  2. Coat the Bananas:
    • Dip each banana in white yogurt or melted white chocolate, covering it completely.
    • If you want a textured look, roll the coated bananas in shredded coconut while the yogurt or chocolate is still wet.
  3. Create the Face:
    • Press mini chocolate chips onto the banana to form the eyes and mouth of the ghost.
  4. Freeze the Ghosts:
    • Place the banana ghosts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Freeze them for at least 2 hours, or until fully frozen.
