Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sheringham Fresh Lemon Liqueur
- 1 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1 bar spoon Pine Syrup*
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Pine Syrup:
- 30g Pine Needles
- 500g Water
- 500g White Sugar
Pine Syrup Method:
Add pine needles, water, and sugar to a saucepan. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves. Strain and cool.
Cocktail Method:
Combine all ingredients in a stirring glass with ice and stir for 40 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a sprig of pine needles.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz Sheringham Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 1/2 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
- 150g Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 40g Cascara Oleo Saccharum
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and stir gently to start the clarifying process. Pour through a coffee filter and fine mesh strainer. Allow time for the liquid to filter completely. Store the clarified cocktail in a mason jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
