- Beginners: Start with 5 Wall Walks per day in the first week, adding 5 reps each week if you complete 7 consecutive days.
- Experienced Backbenders: Begin with your usual number of Wall Walks and add 5 reps each week upon completing 7 consecutive days.
Miss a day? No problem. Stay at your current rep count until you’ve completed a full week. Integrity and consistency are key!
