Were warming up with a very unique wine tour.
Kava Tours has taken us on a wine-tasting tour of the Eastern
Townships before but now that its several (!) degrees cooler, were
re-discovering the area and sipping something different.
From learning to make ice wine cocktails at Domaine les Brome to
sampling ice cider around a fire at Union Libre not to mention a
raclette lunch with local cured meats and cheeses this trek is a
wonderful way spend a winter weekend day.
