Zoë Pawlak wants to take you on a magic carpet ride.
A recently launched line of wool-and-viscose area rugs sees the Vancouver artist rolling her colourful work into a functional new format. Each eight-by-10-foot carpet in the "Over Oceans" collection—created in partnership with Burritt Bros. Carpet & Floors—mimic the vivid, sherbet-swirl hues found in many of Pawlak’s paintings, effectively capturing a unique sense of movement and vivacity perfect for elegantly enlivening any living space.
