True Buch, a local, kombucha brewery, was launched late last year by husband-and-wife duo Conrad and Lisa Ferrel, and it’s getting lots of buzz around the city.
The fermented-tea drink is hailed for its health benefits and is packed with stomach-soothing probiotics. True Buch brews its kombucha in small batches using teas from The Naked Leaf and featuring such flavours as mojito mint and mango; in other words, it’s the perfect summer sipper.
