We just watched the sweetest video from Telus.
Usually, we think of big corporations as kind of distant and detached. But, when it comes to Telus, the whole “the future is friendly” thing is actually more than just a slogan. The Canadian company recently surprised longtime customer Ramona from Guelph, Ontario, with a morning pickup—and caught it all on tape. Things start off thoughtful (“Here’s your coffee—with cream, right?”) and carry on with billboards of adorable animals thanking Ramona for her 20 years of customer loyalty (a sentiment somehow made even nicer when it comes from a panda bear). The biggest surprise? Ramona got to fulfill her lifelong dream of flying, and the joy on her face brought smiles to ours!
